Order Processing & Shipping Time We strive to deliver your IvoryPet products as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping to Singapore We are proud to offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders to Singapore. Once processed, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 days.

Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 20 days, please contact us.
